Birthday Party

Trade the usual birthday routine for a celebration that takes things to new heights! Climb Nittany birthday parties bring friends together for climbing, adventure, and plenty of reasons to cheer each other on. We’ll help get the climbing started so you can focus on celebrating!

Duration: 2 hours, shared between climbing and party space. Enjoy  60-90 minutes of climbing, with the remaining time for celebrating. Coordinate with your dedicated party staff member to plan how you’d like to divide your time. 

No climbing experience is necessary! Staff dedicated to your group will provide an introduction to our facility and belayers to help your group get climbing. 

What’s Included

• 60-90 minutes of climbing with staff-provided belayers
• Reserved party space for the full 2-hour booking
• Rental harnesses for all participants 
• Tables, tablecloths, plates, cups, and utensils available upon request

Food is not provided, so feel free to bring your own cake, snacks, and refreshments.

Rental shoes are not provided; closed toed athletic shoes (no Crocs!) are required for climbing. 

Before You Arrive

• All guests entering the facility, including parents, spectators, and non-climbers, must have a completed waiver on file. Participants under 18 must have a waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.
• After booking, you’ll receive a custom link to share with your guests so participants can submit their information and complete their waivers before arrival.

Please have everyone complete their waivers ahead of time to help your party get started on schedule.

Additional Information

• What to Wear: We recommend comfortable, athletic clothing that allows for easy movement. Closed toed athletic shoes are required. No Crocs. 
• Arrival Time: Please arrive 15-30 min before your scheduled time to ensure enough time to get checked in and ready to climb. 
• When to Book: Birthday parties must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance and are subject to availability. Looking to book within 3 weeks? Contact us, and we’ll see if we can accommodate your party.
• Participant Count: Please provide an accurate count for your expected climbers when booking. Additional participants may affect pricing and staffing availability, so changes must be requested in advance and cannot be guaranteed.
  • First 10 climbers: $280
  • Additional climbers (up to 20 total): $18 per climber
